You get access to the course for the duration of its lifetime

You can't share your login with others

We'll agree on scope, timeline, and deliverables upfront
You're responsible for showing up and doing the work
I'm responsible for providing guidance and expertise

Consulting Services

Strategic business consulting for specific projects or ongoing support:

We'll define the project scope in writing
Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins
You'll get actionable recommendations, not just theory

Don't expect overnight miracles (success takes work)

As a Coaching/Consulting Client

Show up prepared and on time
Be honest about your situation and challenges
Do the work we agree upon between sessions
Communicate openly if something isn't working

General Website Use

Don't try to hack or break anything
Don't use the site for anything illegal
Don't spam the comment sections or contact forms
Be respectful in any community spaces

What I'm Responsible For

Delivering what I promise in the timeframe we agree on
Providing accurate, up-to-date information in courses
Being prepared and professional in coaching/consulting
Protecting your personal information (see privacy policy)
Giving you my best advice and expertise

What I'm Not Responsible For

Let's be real about expectations:

Your results: I can give you the roadmap, but you have to drive the car
Technical issues: If Kajabi goes down, that's not on me
Your business decisions: My advice is just that - advice
External factors: Market changes, economic conditions, acts of nature
Your implementation: I can't make you do the work

Intellectual Property

My Stuff

All course content, frameworks, templates, and materials are my intellectual property:

You can use them for your own business
You can't resell them or claim them as your own
You can't share them with others who haven't purchased
Screenshots and recordings of course content are not allowed

Your Stuff

Anything you share with me during coaching/consulting stays yours:

I can end coaching/consulting relationships

Technical issues occur (hopefully rarely)
Third-party services (like Kajabi) may have their own downtime

Data and Backups

Course progress is saved automatically
I backup everything regularly
But you should save important materials locally too

Dispute Resolution

If something goes wrong, let's handle it like adults:

Talk to me first - Most issues can be resolved with a simple conversation
Email me directly - Don't go straight to your credit card company
Give me a chance to fix it - I want you to be happy

If we can't work it out:

Disputes under $10,000 go to binding arbitration
Arbitration happens in Johannesburg, South Africa
We each pay our own legal costs
