- I may update content to keep it current (that's a good thing)
- You can't share your login with others
Coaching Services
One-on-one coaching delivered via video calls, email, or other agreed methods:
- We'll agree on scope, timeline, and deliverables upfront
- You're responsible for showing up and doing the work
- I'm responsible for providing guidance and expertise
Consulting Services
Strategic business consulting for specific projects or ongoing support:
- We'll define the project scope in writing
- Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins
- You'll get actionable recommendations, not just theory

As a Coaching/Consulting Client

- Do the work we agree upon between sessions
- Communicate openly if something isn't working
General Website Use
- Don't try to hack or break anything
- Don't use the site for anything illegal
- Don't spam the comment sections or contact forms
- Be respectful in any community spaces

- I backup everything regularly
- But you should save important materials locally too

- Email me directly - Don't go straight to your credit card company
- Give me a chance to fix it - I want you to be happy
If we can't work it out:
- Disputes under $10,000 go to binding arbitration
- Arbitration happens in Johannesburg, South Africa
- We each pay our own legal costs
