Why 98% of your Followers are Window Shopping

I'm not sure if you know this, but in my journey to building a profitable online profile, I've stumbled, fallen, and picked myself back up more times than I can count.

And if there's one monumental mistake I've seen (and made!) along the way, it's this:

For a long time, I relied on my intimate network and word of mouth referrals because I simply hadn't had the time to come up with a social media strategy for my own business that would bring in sales and students.


And truth be told, I depended on this strategy to grow my business for way too long. I was so busy with all the client work I had, (watching all the other course creators and coaches using their profiles to crush their launches), that I told myself one day, when I had the time I was going to sit down and figure it out.

Well, I'm sure you can guess it - my social profile was bringing in ZERO DM's and DOLLARS!


There just never seemed to be enough time to get to it.

Days would turn into weeks, into months and before I knew it, 2 years had passed and all I had to show for it was grid full of pictures and quotes, a dead audience and a growing uneasiness about my social media.

It took me a long time (too long) before I realized how vitally important it is to prioritize social content so you can drastically increase the reach in your niche and create demand for your program when you simply understand and learn how to grow an audience of buyers, not just followers.

Your high ticket program is an invitation to make a BIG CHANGE in someone's life or business. That can be really effing scary! So it's only natural that most of your ideal followers would be uncertain!


It's your job to use your content to help your followers move through that uncertainty into hope and possibility, so that they develop trust in you, knowing that they can confidently take action.

And people rarely (if ever) invest in change and development from a place of uncertainty!

But you and I both know that most broke course creators and coaches never look at it this way (that's why they struggle), they just start posting in the belief that "something is better than nothing" and try to ignore that they don't a solid strategy in place.
